Overview
Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest follows Hajime Nagumo, an ordinary high school student who is summoned with his whole class to the fantasy world of Tortus. While his classmates receive powerful combat abilities, Hajime gets a humble crafting skill, and he is quickly written off as the weakest of the group. Everything changes when a betrayal during a dungeon expedition sends him plunging into the deepest part of the labyrinth, where survival seems impossible.
What follows is a sharp turn from underdog story to dark survival tale. Armed only with his wits and his talent for making weapons, Hajime fights, adapts, and remakes himself into something far more dangerous than anyone expected. As he climbs back toward the surface, he gathers allies who are just as unusual as he is, and the series balances brutal action, dry humor, and a growing found family on the road home.
