Overview
Every summer, the seaside Fula City celebrates its Wind Festival, a tradition that honors the Legendary Pokémon Lugia and the wind it brings to power the town. When Ash and Pikachu arrive for the festival, they cross paths with a group of strangers whose lives seem to have nothing in common: a former athlete unsure of her next step, a man who cannot stop telling tall tales, a shy researcher, an elderly woman with a sharp tongue, and a young girl guarding a secret.
As strange incidents begin to threaten the festival and the people of Fula City, these unlikely companions discover that their separate stories are connected. With Lugia’s wind at stake and the town in danger, Ash, Pikachu and their new friends must set their differences aside and find strength in one another — because the power of the festival was never about one hero, but about everyone standing together.
