Overview
Rent-a-Girlfriend follows Kazuya Kinoshita, a college student whose short-lived relationship ends in a painful breakup. Desperate and lonely, he turns to a rental girlfriend service, where he meets Chizuru Mizuhara, a beautiful and polished young woman who seems perfect on their first date.
The arrangement gets complicated fast: Kazuya and Chizuru turn out to attend the same university and live next door to each other, and family pressure forces them to keep up the act of being a real couple. Around them, a lively cast, including the bold Mami Nanami, the energetic Ruka Sarashina, and the shy Sumi Sakurasawa, keeps stirring up the romance, the misunderstandings, and the comedy.
