Pokémon Concierge is a gentle stop-motion series that trades big battles for soft lighting, warm hospitality and small everyday joys. Set at a resort where Pokémon are the guests, it follows a young concierge who is learning that the best service starts with listening — and that a happy guest makes for a happy day.
Overview
Haru has just started work at the Pokémon Resort, a peaceful island retreat built entirely around its Pokémon guests. Her days are filled with small, thoughtful tasks: welcoming a nervous Psyduck, cheering up a lonely guest, or simply making sure everyone feels at home. Alongside her colleagues Alisa and Taira, Haru slowly discovers that looking after others is also a way of finding her own confidence.
What makes the series stand out is its craft. Instead of traditional 2D animation, Pokémon Concierge is made with hand-crafted stop-motion puppets and miniature sets, giving every scene a soft, tactile warmth. The result is a slow, cosy watch — closer to a relaxing holiday than a typical Pokémon adventure — and it works beautifully as a short, feel-good break.
