Overview
Oshi no Ko opens with a small-town doctor, Gorou Amamiya, who is a devoted fan of the rising pop idol Ai Hoshino. When fate pulls him into her world, he is reborn as her secret twin son, Aqua, alongside his twin sister Ruby, who carries a past life of her own. The twins grow up inside the entertainment industry they once admired from afar, and what looks glamorous from the audience soon reveals its harsher side: relentless schedules, manufactured images, and secrets that can end careers overnight.
After Ai is murdered by a stalker, Aqua sets out to find the person truly behind her death, using the industry itself as his cover. Ruby, meanwhile, chases her own dream of standing on stage as an idol, just as her mother once did. Oshi no Ko is a dark drama about fame, lies, and the price of being loved by millions.
