Overview
Robotics;Notes follows Kaito Yashio and Akiho Senomiya, the only two members of the Robotics Club at Central Tanegashima High School in 2019. Kaito is a laid-back gamer who would rather play than build, while Akiho is determined to finish the club’s long-running project: a working replica of Gunvarrel, the giant robot from a once-popular television series.
As the club faces closure, the pair recruit new members and push ahead with the robot, but Kaito keeps stumbling onto secret reports that point to a conspiracy far bigger than a school project. Guided by clues left by the mysterious Ko Kimijima, he begins to uncover what is really going on beneath the surface of Tanegashima.
