Sailor Moon

Overview

Sailor Moon begins with Usagi Tsukino, a clumsy middle-school student whose ordinary life changes when she meets Luna, a talking cat who tells her she is destined to become Sailor Moon, a guardian of love and justice. Given the power to transform, Usagi must search for the Moon Princess while defending the world from the Dark Kingdom.

Usagi does not fight alone for long. She gathers the Sailor Guardians, each with her own powers and personality, and together they grow from uncertain teenagers into a team strong enough to face ever greater threats. The series mixes school life, friendship and romance with large battles for the fate of the Earth and the Moon.
