Wind Breaker

Overview

Wind Breaker follows Haruka Sakura, a tough teenager who arrives at Furin High School with one goal in mind: to fight his way to the top. Furin is famous for its delinquents, and Sakura expects a school ruled by fists and pride. What he finds instead surprises him. The school’s strongest fighters, known as Bofurin, do not bully the town. They protect it, guarding its streets, shops, and people from rival gangs and troublemakers.

Drawn into Bofurin’s world, Sakura slowly learns that real strength is about more than winning fights. The series pairs hard-hitting street brawls with a warm story about friendship, trust, and finding a place to belong. Beneath the punches and swagger, it is a show about a lonely boy who finally finds people worth standing beside.
