Overview
Zagan is feared across the sorcerer world, yet the archdemon is hopeless at the simplest human moments. That contrast drives this 2024 fantasy romance: when he falls for the elf Nephilia at an auction, he spends his fortune to bring her home, then discovers that winning her freedom is far easier than learning how to talk to her, feed her, or make her feel safe.
What makes the series easy to watch is its gentle pace. Magic, angelic knights and old rivalries keep the stakes moving, but the heart of the show is domestic: two guarded people slowly learning trust, kindness and everyday affection. Supporting faces such as the dragon girl Fol and the knights around Zagan add humour and warmth without pulling focus from the central couple.
