Gravity Falls

Overview

Gravity Falls follows twelve-year-old twins Dipper and Mabel Pines, who are sent to spend the summer with their great-uncle Stan in the small Oregon town of Gravity Falls. What looks like a sleepy tourist stop, home to Stan’s Mystery Shack, turns out to be packed with strange creatures, hidden codes, and unexplained happenings that Dipper begins to unravel after finding a mysterious journal in the woods.

Created by Alex Hirsch, the series blends comedy, adventure, and a long-running mystery that rewards careful viewers: background jokes, ciphers, and small clues build steadily toward a dramatic finale. Across its two seasons, Dipper and Mabel’s summer grows from lighthearted monster-of-the-week fun into a fight for the town itself, with the dream demon Bill Cipher at the center of it all.
