Overview
Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur follows Lunella Lafayette, a 13-year-old super-genius growing up on New York City’s Lower East Side. When an experiment goes sideways, Lunella accidentally pulls a ten-ton T-Rex named Devil Dinosaur through a time vortex and into the present day, and the unlikely pair suddenly share a home, a neighbourhood and a secret identity.
What makes the show shine is how it mixes big superhero action with everyday life. Lunella juggles school, family and friendships while learning what it means to be a hero, and Devil Dinosaur’s huge heart and even huger appetite keep every adventure funny, loud and warm. It is a story about brains, bravery and belonging, set to a joyful, music-filled beat.
