Overview
Ninja Hattori Returns brings back the cheerful young ninja Kanzo Hattori, who once again moves in with schoolboy Kenichi Mitsuba and his family after travelling down from the mountains of Iga. Wherever Kenichi goes, Hattori follows, turning everyday school life, homework and playground rivalries into a string of comic ninja escapades.
As in the original series, Hattori is joined by his younger brother Shinzo and the ninja dog Shishimaru, while the bumbling Koga ninja Kemumaki and his cat Kagechiyo keep scheming to outdo him. First shown in 2013, this revival keeps the gentle humour and warm family spirit of the classic, introducing Hattori’s world to a new generation of viewers.
