Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun

Overview

Fourteen-year-old Iruma Suzuki has had a rough start in life. After his irresponsible parents sell him to a demon, he expects the worst — but instead, the demon Sullivan adopts him as a grandson and showers him with affection. There is just one catch: Sullivan is the chairman of Babyls Demon School in the Netherworld, and Iruma must now attend it, keeping his humanity a closely guarded secret among demons.

What follows is a warm, chaotic school comedy. Iruma joins the Misfit Class, a group of oddballs and outcasts, and slowly finds real friends in the loyal Alice Asmodeus and the endlessly energetic Clara Valac. Between forbidden spells, rank exams, festivals and duels, the timid boy who once only wanted to stay unnoticed begins to aim higher — all the way toward becoming the next Demon King. Based on the manga by Osamu Nishi, the series ran for four seasons between 2019 and 2026.
